People with heart disease are living longer, and people who have heart attacks are more likely to survive. Because of improved emergency and cardiac care, more people are living with chronic heart failure. That's why this group was established.
Meetings are designed to help people learn to live with heart failure and discuss lifestyle changes. All patients and family members are welcome to share their experiences and challenges. Registration is not required.
