The Radiology Department has been awarded a three-year term of accreditation in Ultrasound Nuclear Medicine and computerized tomography (CT) by the American College of Radiology (ACR). The ACR awards accreditation to facilities for the achievement of high practice standards after a peer-review evaluation of the practice. In addition to the ACR accreditation, CMC’s Mammography department recently passed their annual survey by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA). Cambridge Medical Center is proud to offer digital mammography to patients and is among the first to have this high quality imaging available in the area. |
